Mountain Harvest & Hand-Crafted Baijiu*
SEASONAL · SINGLE Day
渤海镇 Bohai Town, Huairou District, BeijingIn the mountains of Bohai Town, near the Mutianyu Great Wall, the agricultural calendar still shapes what comes off the trees, onto the table, and the rhythm of village life.
Spend a day harvesting alongside local growers before sitting down to a 农家乐 farmhouse lunch. In the afternoon, meet a fifth-generation baijiu master and step inside the craft of small-batch, handmade Chinese spirits, followed by a guided tasting.
Come for the harvest, stay for the spirit, and take a little of the mountain home with you.
*Baijiu (Chinese: 白酒; pinyin: báijiǔ; lit. 'white (clear) liquor'), is a colorless Chinese liquor typically coming in between 35% and 60% alcohol by volume (ABV).
